I'd have to say in its purest form... Italy. Italian food is so fucking delicious. <3<3

United States is probably the worst because America... doesn't... actually... have any real food to call it's own that isn't snack food. American food consists of things from other countries that are extremely dumbed down and have a huge drop in quality compared to how you'd find the dishes in their country of origin. Most food considered American is really simple and unsophisticated.

However... New Orleans Cajun Creole might be the exception... if it isn't derived from some other region. :[

Any country that uses curry: India, Thailand, Japan. I wish more Americans would embrace curry. I love a good lamb vindaloo over rice.

But not Jamaican food though...I tried some Ox tail with some rice and shredded Ox meat once....ugh...I found out that I really don't like the taste of ginger (at least the amount that was used in those dishes)

Yup. One of the coolest things about WTMC was that I was able to meet a lot of people from different parts of the world. We had a school event where parents were asked to bring various foods from their counties, and I tried many things. OMG all the middle eastern stuff was awesome.

Luckily each plate was labeled by country/type. I liked it, as well as the other middle eastern food.

My favourite food is Malaysian, but I love Mexican and Italian too.

Im the mack at cooking italian. Theres some good greek shit out there. Indian is average. Thai is great.

I'm a fan of turkish food...specifically ege doners. There was this little truck that used to come here on the weekends and sell them, so I'd go there once a weekend, but not enough people bought 'em so they moved somewhere else.

I'm not very fond of puerto rican food 'cuz for me that's basically what I ate every day for 25 years...I love Italian, Indian, Mexican, and Korean food, though.

Funnily enough, even though I live in Japan, the only Japanese food I like is the kind that's massively unhealthy, like katsucurry, omurice and yakisoba.

I've never had Thai food and after seeing those pictures, I'm not sure I want to.

as far as japanese food, i really like sushi, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and japanese curry

I'm okay with okonomiyaki and takoyaki, as I've found that I actually like the taste of octopus. I dig Japanese curry too (especially in curry bread and in katsucurry...I've also had curry-flavored udon, it's TEH AWESOME).

I love spicy food, but I can't handle it if I eat it too often. I remember a few years back I was eating the spicy monterrey club at Quizno's once a week, suddenly I got this terrible pain right below my chest. I went to the doctor, they took x-rays and it turned out that spicy food was giving me gastritis, and I had to take medicine and for the next few weeks eat only really bland food.

Thai, Indian, Greek/Turkish/Mediterranean, Mexican, then Italian in that order. Italian would probably rank a bit higher if I didn't eat it at least 3 times a week.

When I went to the Bahamas there were gyros EVERYWHERE! They were really good. I ate a bunch of them.
