Yes, but he said it unironically. Variety said something vaguely negative about the PS3 or one of its games, and his response was to try to make it look like MS owned them.

Marcan is fuming but I think he is jealous of not being in the spotlight. He is just irritated that Waninkoko is just using everyone else's code and hacks and using it for piracy and gaining all this fame. Waninkoko already responded, saying he is glad it took Marcan 6 hours, but that is just that - a hackjob. Wanin's version is tested, and has a GUI designed, etc.
