If you mean the Beatles were against the type of corporation that Microsoft is, I think you're still wrong: the Beatles were corporate whores. At any event, to be consistent, the game couldn't be shown at any of the big threes conferences nor later stalked at big corporate chains, like WalMart or Best Buy.

Bad example: Nike got permission to use the song from EMI and Jackson, not the surviving Beatles; in fact, the surviving Beatles sued Nike and later settled. After the settlement, Nike stopped using the commercial.

There are, however, a ton of commercial that use Beatles' covers. By using covers, corporations don't need the Beatles' permission.
