Psshh. That's nothing. I went without crapping for almost three weeks once when I was little, because I thought it was "fun" to "defeat" the urge to crap. Worst idea ever. The end result? that's fake.  this one university did this experiment with a woman that involved a high-fiber diet and a butt plug for a month and she took a twenty foot long shit at the end.  the way they measured it is that she went in the gym and squatted and like tip-toed.
