Yeah, it's bad jokes with bad timing. The people know what they're doing, and if they don't, then they're pretty dense. Eventually this stuff with be acceptable, but now it's a touchy subject for obvious reasons.

I was thinking more along the lines of a Bust-A-Groove type rhythm game spanning his career starting from the Jackson 5

i can't make jackson jokes anymore, i feel terribly guilty after some of the things i have read, and voyeuristically watching his little girl break down

i am shifting my inappropriate commentary to joe jackson instead

so in the first level of the MJ video game you, as little michael, would have to dodge joe's swinging belt and make it past him to rehearsal, where he ends up catching you anyway and beating you for running

also in vs. mode joe has a taunt button with a random selection of big nose insults which do +20 psyche damage

I'm not even really a NIN fan, but if you get the opportunity to see them during their last tour next year, take it. They blew me away when I saw them in Sacramento last December; the special effects alone are worth the price of admission, but they really do put on a great show.
