What's up with people using the same avatar as other people (although some are slightly altered)? Is this some fad I missed?

Technically, your avatar is an "altered" version of someone else's avatar.  Didn't think about it like that huh.  That's why I'm here  :-*

No it was Cloud. But my avatar isn't a copy of someone else's, I designed it myself.
