Can someone find me that English font that looks like Katakana?

I need this terrible font for a secret project I'm working on. There are several versions of it; the GnR one is the one I really want.

try uploading that picture to whatthefont and it will try and decipher the name of the font

considering the font is outlined Im not getting a clear answer, may want to sign up to their forums and ask, Im sure someone knows the answer.

I'm pretty sure the Guns N Roses one is meant to look like Chinese writing, not katakana
