the battle at the end is beyond awesome, and the animation of that little girl curling is fear is so very realistic looking.

its a demo dude, also considering you can upgrade your characters stats and abilitys its more then a fps.

That's for immersion, not because the gameplay really needs it. I'd say it's less of an fps then oblivion.

It's an RPG.

Bioshock isn't an rpg. It's emphasis is on shooting. The customization and stuff is just rpg elements. it's still an fps.

Okay, I understand it has a pedigree however most of the gameplay isn't something that REQUIRES first-person.

What? In Bioshock? Dude. Most fps' don't require being in first person. They're like that because it's more atmospheric.
