Do you mean just for the movies or do you want the menus, extras, the whole shebang?  I have a program I use to rip movies to iPod and PSP...but that only copies the movie/audio files nothing else.

I use RipIt4Me. It's able to handle some of the newer protection schemes that are on recent DVDs:

RipIt4Me actually uses a collection of a few programs (dvd decryptor, dvd shrink, and a few others) to correctly rip DVDs. I've found it works perfectly in all cases where something like DVD Shrink by itself doesn't work (on DVDs like the Star Wars trilogy and shit).

DVD Shrink was king when I used to do that stuff a few years ago, but maybe the program has been surpassed lately.(?)
