My dad is a dentist, and I overheard him saying many young people he sees don't brush their tongue.

WTF?

The tongue determines how your breathe smells. You can brush your teeth all you want, but if you don't get your tongue your mouth will taste/smell like poo. Ugh people.

Brush in a circular motion, paying special attention to your gums and tongue!

What is with my tongue? I've brushed it every day ever and for some reason there's this white stuff on it for years.

When I went to the dentist the other year he said that my teeth were in better condition than most people my age, and that I had pre-gingivitus! WTF!

Not really, not too often...

But I eat a lot of peach, apples and banana's a day. It really keeps the dentist away.

My next toothbrush will have a "brush the tongue" function though. Cos you'll never know.

1. Floss
2. Brush teeth
3. Brush tounge
4. Mouth wash
5. Proactive Solution set
a. Face Wash
b. Toner
c. Daily Oil Control
d. Repair Lotion
e. Moisturizer
6. Eye Creme
7. Lip conditioner
8. Pluck eyebrows
9. Clean ears
10. Clean nose (with a Q-tip)
11. Pray for Will

12. Sleep

The morning routine is about the same, just add contacts, hair, getting dressed, and/or make-up (when I want to).

Year-round school.

Not that I physically can't sleep. I just get a lot of homework, and being the perfectionist that I am, I like to get it done right to the "t". Meaning I pull a lot of all nighters. $:-\$
