They told us we could skate until 5PM on weekdays and not at all in the weekends, but seeing as everyone except me works a 9-5, fuck that. So they're moving out. My flatmate is classmates with one of them and she came over today and threw a tantrum. Our landlord said it was sweet, so we don't have much to worry about except maybe noise control.

You've got no worries about noise, especially on weekends. I think you've got until around 11pm, assuming the laws are the the same-ish as Australia.
