every week is the same thing and it's stupid:

1. they get a new patient
2. they don't know what the fuck is wrong with this person
3. after multiple tests they're like "we don't know what the fuck it is!"
4. house tries random things to see what's wrong so he can heal the patient
5. his partners disagree
6. he does it anyways and almost gets fired in the process
7. patient cured!

so boring after 5 or so eps

no the dialouge is pretty damn good. I'm not totally trashing the show, it's just that the actual content and meat of the plot never interests me, but even I'll admit that the dialogue and characters (House in particular) are ace.
