I can't sleep :( Sugestions?

I've already been though reading, counting sheep, and I'm drinking warm milk right now.  I need to get to classes tomorrow which is impossible if I'm up till 4, like the last 2 day  :(  I think its because I have a cold and can't breath that I can't sleep, but I haven't been able to solve that problem all day.

I used to take 2-3 Moltrins beforegoing to bed every other night and that worked for awhile. But eventually I realized I was just playing too many games/watching too many movies/internet.

Wanna get knocked the fuck out? Take Ambien. Seriously. I have 10mg pills that my mother told me to break in half. 5mg of Ambien knocked me out for like 14 hours. It was ridiculous.

So I took more sleeping pills, fell a sleep but kept on waking up every hour.    :(

I'm really bad for that.  I'll take a like a 2 hour bath and wake up and the water will be ice cold.
