I posted a "jailbait" pic from 4chan once and got banned, although there was no nudity; the pic was removed. That was perhaps the most over the top pic posted on this message board. TVC's isn't in that ballpark

God, there's no pleasing you people.  In GAF, if someone who was a popular poster did this and didn't get banned, people would get upset because it's unfair.  Here, they're actually trying to exercise equality under the TOS, and people get pissed off.

I actually find it nice and refreshing that someone, even if it is a really cool someone, got banned because he violated the TOS.  It means that the rules apply to everyone and there are no special exceptions.  That's way more democratic than letting favorite posters run wild and punishing noobs with an iron fist.
