First "unofficial" image of Rorschach from Watchmen movie?

I was reading GAF today, and stumbled upon this unknown gem in one of the 300 threads. Apparently Snyder, who is working on the Watchmen adaptation next, put in a still of Rorschach from the upcoming film in one of the 300 trailers?

:hyper Too bad Synder is directing, though. I was pulling for Gilliam (never gonna happen, I know)...

Hah, that's pretty cool.

I'd rather see Snyder than Gilliam at this point.  Snyder is young and rising, and has two good films underneath his belt.  This is as good a time as ever to attempt a film like this.  I just don't think Gilliam is consistent enough for me to get remotely excited about his vision of the material.

Are they still working from the Hayter draft or is Snyder ordering a completely new script?

I think they got some "Hollywood" dude to re-write the script. I know it was reported on CHUD awhile back.

 :-\

Hayter's script was good, if a bit long. I've always felt sketchy about a cinematic take on the film.

I just don't see how this movie can turn out good. I love the comic, but I just can't see it retaining everything as a movie. I've read some scripts and they were ok, but meh.
