Disclaimer: I think birth defects are horrible and everything, and I wouldn't actually wish them on anyone. This is just sick humor.

Inspired by a conversation over AIM with mikesphat tonight, I bring a question: what's the funniest birth defect?

I don't know if I'd go with harlequin ichthyosis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harlequin_type_ichthyosis), spina bifida (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spina_bifida), or fetus in fetu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fetus_in_fetu#Fetus_in_fetu).

harlequin has to be the worst of all birth defects... if you notice in this video not only is the child portraying the usual symptoms... but necrosis has set in its little deformed hands...
