One Hour With Texas Hold Em XBLA - How to Program AI
« on: August 24, 2006, 02:28:52 AM »
Its clear some painstaking work was put into Texas Hold Em's AI. It has a couple important actions:

1.) ALL IN
2.) FOLD

Most of the AI will fold right after receiving their two cards. The ones that stay will most likely go ALL IN after receiving the most awesome hands god could give them.

If the player DOES win, its a split pot, which is honestly sort of a pity pot. The AI will have the best combination of cards.

You have to go to the poor people's table where "XBLA Sponsors You" and gives you $400 for free to rack your funds back up.

I'm just trying to do Scenario, but as you said they always fold and go All In when they get this uber awesome hand.
