It's like I'm the only one on the planet who thinks fish tastes like shit. For some reason, fish only tastes good when it's NOT cooked. Holy Christ is fish the most overrated and repugnant food on the earth.

And the SMELL. The TEXTURE. It's all horrible.

One of the best things about summer is the fish fry we have. My mom makes great catfish, as does my Grandma. We also have fried chicken. I actually prefer home made to KFC/etc

Fish is gross. I'm with you Himu. Its the smell. I think its a major part of what I'll eat and if I'll like the taste. Fish is supposed to not smell at all to (not just bad but no strong odor). I think its my Puerto Rican family buying shit fish and frying it...ugh makes me nautious.

No. SUshi gets rid of my sinuses and it can be spicy because of the wasabi. It not only tastes better, it SMELLS better as well.

Like Blue, apart of the reason I abhor cooked fish is the smell. It makes me sick. I don't have to deal with that when it comes to fish sticks, sushi, or tuna fish sandwhiches.

I hate tuna and crab/lobster oh and clams. I love oysters, flounder, mahi mahi, salmon, red snapper, hallibit. Theres so many options to cooking. Its best to cook fish in the oven in a little foil pouch. put in half a lemon, some rosemarry, garlic, and peper and you'll get some beautiful fish

Cayane pepper crusted flounder:

You start with your cayane and you rub your fish down. Make a foil pouch and put 2 lime wedges and 1 lemon wedge with 3 gloves of garlic and anahiem chili peppers (if you get large enough peppers you can put the fish and wedges inside the pepper) add a dash of juice of your choice make sure its real juice 100%. The acids in the fruit and juice will help bring out the sweet pepper flavor. Get a few corn tortilas and serve over chilled lettuce with salsa and a side of mexican rice.
