I don't know when my next physical is but if it's within the next month I know my blood pressure/cholesterol will be rather high. It's not deathly highly and I'm only 20, but I need to stop eating so much fast food. I live alone so I don't have mommy making great meals every other day.
I started out last semester doing pretty good. I'd make rice, cook some chicken, etc; even the oven cooked chicken (frozen) was healthier than the stuff as BK (but not nearly as good). But now I just don't cook anymore. What I need to do is take $60 to Sam's Club and buy some real food - chicken breasts, veggies, eggs, sausage, etc. Currently I've been buying lots of snacks for March Madness, and in terms of food I have...
