well its called muscle memory if you just work your muscles one way and only one way. Your not actively giving your muscles something to struggle with. And this also goes for oxygenation for cardio. You cant slow down you only do that on your slow days. When your going fast you gotta keep it up for that whole time taking a break halfway is ok. But you gotta keep that pace up. I sweat like a mother fucker i tell you. Gone through socks like crazy. Thank god my shorts and shirts whick the sweat away.
I've got my own setup of weights at home and i've got access to some great foothill trals with lots of winds and elevation. Granted i love the feeling of coming back down to valley. You can go faster than the cars on the way down.
After i keep working on this exercise program for a month or two i'll get my gym membership going. My doctor somehow got my insurance to pay for it so that rocks. Then once i go in there i've got my eye on some specialized machines. A stair machine, and some special weight machines for working the mid body and ass area.
And yeah my diet is mainly greens/rubish (dark green leafy lettuce, red rubish) beans, beets, tomatoes, nuts, apples, red cabbage, grapes, berries, meat meat and more meat with only herbs or spices with low sodium on it.
