Scariest scene in a movie?

This certainly isn't the scariest but it scared the SHIT out of me as a little kid; I snuck the VHS out of my parents room to watch the movie, and when I saw this part I almost pissed myself lol. The mere idea of being locked in a dark room with something like that...omg it still gets me

The random 'hammer in the head' scene in the original texas chainsaw massacre. It was so out of nowhere.

The scene in The Omen II where the raven comes out of nowhere to claw that lady's eyes out.  Freaked me out.

I was also disturbed by the first Omen when they found the grave of Damien's real "parents" (the hyenas).  Creepy as hell.

The Omen series is scary.  Lots of scenes in those movies frightened me when I was a kid.

Killer clowns from outerspace fucked me up as a kid. Its a campy movie though. And funny now that i'm older. I really cant think of a scene in a movie thats actually scared me. I freak easily at home but its not cause of movies but the darkness.
