I haven't had a drink in about a week, when I split a 26 oz bottle of whiskey (well I had most of it). I have too much schoolwork. So I woke up today, went to visit the bathroom as is custom, and I was greeted with the pleasant surprise of vomit, everywhere...I have fucking vomit streaks on the mirror, I mean how the hell did I manage that. After that I remembered I had thrown up at around 2:30 and passed out shorty after that, lol.

Ok so I finally opened up that cognic. Its a brandy cognic by the way. The cork was so old it crumpled into the bottle

It wasn't bitter, but not sure it had a good taste. I drank some and haven't thrown up so I don't think it will kill me.

What is it suppose to taste like? It kind of tastes like black liquorish. is that right?

Only the worm does. And describing brandy as anise is a bad thing. It should have a deep flavor like how grapejuice has a deep flavor. But with notes of wood from being barreled.
