What useful purpose does this serve?

It helps slow readers learn to read faster. It's also a nice way to read online text for those who dislike moving their eyes around a large monitor.

I can't slow read so I sound like an idiot reading out loud because I skip words like "the, and, or" ect,  I also put names and re apprearing words into 3 letter acrinims. 

Reading Hamlet in class is going to suck.  Or Ham I should say.
