What systems did this come out for in english? Where can I find it? I wanna see why everyone says this is one of the best tactics games ever.

PSX. The original system was SNES, but it never made it out here. Ogre Battle did. Saturn had a version complete with voice overs but never made it stateside. PSX version is claimed to be the worst version because of the load times, but since it's our only exposure to the greatness that Tactics Ogre, it's something you're willing to live with.

Agreed, Viz is my new favorite poster.

This game is too confusing with the keyboard though. You need to move your character around and move the target cursor around while jumping and shooting. What kind of controller besides the N64 one would this work with?

I found a torrent on blackcats with seeds but its closed for membership. I have an account though

direct download would take a bit longer to find, not many ps1 iso hosters due to size. im too lazy to search usenet/irc atm

Tactics Ogre is fun. It predates Final Fantasy Tactics so if you've already played FFT, get ready for some jarring differences (when it comes to the interface and battle screen). It kinda wears on you but it IS real fun and the class sytem is great.
