I was once labeled as a person who tried to steal someone's precious little gift called the internet forums. Oh, lucky me, I was able to speak to megafoo himself. Yes, in the flesh, no hold's barred. I was completely honest with him and he was completely honest with me. Really, ask him. He told me that one time he was a forum poster of large importance. Alas, someone stole it from him. Someone made him feel that he was no longer able to do it. He told me of a person who cheated on him, with me no less. Imagine my surprise when we told me that one week ago he found out that he was single!! One week!! Believe me, that was a surprise.
What I can say is this. I spoke to Megafoo. He is a decent person, as am I. He was honest, kind, and genuine. As am I. I want all to know that I never would have done anything to hurt him. If I had been given the truth things would have been much different, at least for me. To him, it would have been someone else.
So, I say again. Megafoo, I apologize for all that I've UNKNOWNINGLY put you through. You deserve better. I deserve better. We trusted someone and that person let us down. Don't give up, you are young and have a lot of opportunity. Don't blow it on a lost endeavor.
To the person that caused this. Shame on you. Shame on you for all you caused and the people you hurt. In a true and just world a person like you would not have the right....to anything. You deserve the worst, you have most definitely earned it.
