The LSAT is not taken by a representative sample of the population who has an IQ of 100. The average IQ of a college student is about 115. I'm sure that the average college student who takes the LSAT has an average IQ above that. Nevertheless I had a score in the 82nd percentile of that subgroup. I'm not very bright, but I'm certainly not a dullard.
