Wow this is fucked up.

Near my school there's this mall named vallco mall and five years ago during the tech crash they didn't want the storeowners to think that rents would be lower so they raised the rents and that made half the stores (the whole bottom floor) go out.  They started reconstructing again and rather than put new stores on the bottom floor, they're making a third floor.

Yeah the bottom is all gonna be Strikes bowling alley while the top is the movie theater area from my understanding. I miss visiting my girl at work there.

Most all of it, yes. Its not just a bowling alley, its a bar and grill/danceclub/pool hall

Its huge. Whens the movie theater gonna open? They take down the Vallco signs yet? Renaming it to Cupertino Square is strange. But I guess Vallco wasnt working out as a name.

Theater is this spring so it's probably going to be full of japanese Raimi fans until winter where there'll be a lull and by next summer it might be good.

yeah it looks like its getting closer to finishing. I wonder about the bookstore and coffee shop if thats closer to opening. I cant wait.

There's basically an ice rink, obscene sushi buffet, and some department stores.  I think it's basically not able to decide if it's where bored housewives go to buy lingerie they'll never use at victoria's secret or frederick's of hollywood or teens go to loiter and look at knives and sex game toys in the specialty stores right now.

It's pretty fucking asian.
