Do you realize the significance of what you could use it for, one could (using a more sophisticated way) ruin just about any shitty forum on the internet that has automated registration. I was trying to tell himu how the simplest of proxies work. The more complicated proxies can almost completely hide ur IP.

EDIT: AND I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT I HAVE NEVER USED A PROXY FER ANYTHING EXCEPT IRC
