Because there are also international districts in Guild Wars, so people from America, Europe, Japan/Asia or wherever can meet and even team up for quests.

I play Ruzbeh, I just haven't lately because I played GW too much. What I hate about GW is that it makes you realize how much Blizzard doesn't earn their $15 a month. I'll log back onto GW and see a bunch of new things and fixes, then make a character in WoW and see the same Plague Devourer bugged out in Raven Hill that I saw bugged in Raven Hill over a YEAR ago. So if I start up GW again it will make me cancel WoW, and I want to finish off WoW first.
