Loses all arguments? Huh? I make many good arguments. The problem is that many people see I posted a serious comment and automatically attempt to reframe the issue into them vs. me. Case in point: the Iran topic and the Rose O'Donnel topic. In both cases I stated reasonable positions that fell in line with most people here, yet a couple posters felt the need to instigate by changing the subject.

I didn't start the who "racism" stuff today - it was a joke that many people took part in today. Please don't just single me out because it makes you look dumb, and I know that's not the case.

I would agree. On GAF I try to be more mature now, at least in mature topics; in other topics I just go along with the "joke character" personality that has been built around me since the imfamous Brazil thread. But then there are people who will never take me seriously due to Aries

I think the second one you mentioned is somewhat fabricated, although I'm not saying I sit around lying on the internet for shits and giggles. I'm a funny guy, and as the third option suggests: I get out of line sometimes.

That's where most of my "nicca" statements derive from from one level to antother. It's good fun, and it cracks me up as well as Himu and Beezy. I don't think anyone else gets it to tell the truth.

I feel EvilBore is a great place to have fun first, and have intelligent discussion second; on GAF I take a slightly different approach because of the threat of bans. I can honestly say I like everyone here except one person (and no, it's not Willco who I feel is pretty funny).

I give the cue for when I'm stating something I hold as an honest personal argument or expression. I also tend to be serious in political and technical discussion except when it's clear the other party is fishing. Again, consistency.

B. Respect is a function of consistency over time. The rare few folks on teh interwebs who do respect me have been with the same ol' Drinky Crow since at LEAST the late 90's and can bear witness that I haven't changed much -- for good or aught, probably aught -- and they always know what to expect from me.
