Search for the older versions of mIRC that have no time limit. I have version 6.12.

I downloaded 6.12 and I get a flashing red bar with a picture of a guy with the continue buttone greyed out and it still asks me to register because the time limit's up but you can click continue after a few seconds and then I click file, click connect, connect to irc.eu.gamesurge.net and then it brings up a window saying what channel I want and I say evilbore and join and nobody is there.
