I want to make some GIFs and I need you to teach me how but if anyone else can you're sure welcome.

PLEASE I wanna make some new GIFs so I can change my avatar.

The video is playing but I can't see it nor can I hear sound....do I need a plugin?

The real problem is that I can't see the video,hell I took a clip and loaded it.All the frames were white!

yeah, you have to re-encode the part of the video you want to turn into a gif.

virtualdubmod will do this.

up to you about figuring out how
