I expected Grindhouse to do better than it did. I wasn't expecting astronomical numbers but I was thinking it'd do a good $25-$30 million on the first weekend. This year has been weird for movies so far, what with the Wild Hogs phenomenon and all.

Didn't Pulp Fiction make like $95 million in total? And it's all been downhill for Tarantino from there, financially speaking.
