My use of the word LOL is out of control!

Soon it will seep from IM sessions and into my spoken vocabulary, replacing the "Uhh, and umms" you'll hear as my mind races from thought to thought as I talk.

An old friend of mine knew this girl who would actually verbalize such things in real life. She'd smile and say "LOL", she'd be going to the bathroom or something and say "BRB", you know. They referred to her as Sara dot com, because it was funny. =)

Wow that's disturbing. The only things close to internet talk I utter in real life are more along the lines of "oh snaps" or "owned", but even then I only say it under my breath

i've only used "lol" in reference to something stupid, usually internet-related to someone who actually know what it means.

There was that one time i said "girl let me touch you" though.

I say "owned" all the time. I even got my dad to start saying it.

I've caught myself saying LOL out loud, thankfully no one seems to notice. Its very very rare tho. STUPID INTERNET! I CANT QUIT U!
