That name doesnt even make sense in terms of common usage.

Does entitlements mean we are already entitled to these entitlements and getting them after we accomplish something means theyre just messing around with us cause hey were entitled to it. Course it could mean we're entitled to something after we do something for them which just means im their bitch and I dont like that much either.
