...are they using this in the movie? in the past two flicks it's been well established that the "silly naming" conventions, especially for the villains, is largely the work of j. jonah jameson, but "new goblin" sounds like just a tag to put on the new toys, not something that will actually get used in the course of the film.

maybe the fact that there is no comic bookish name for him has something to do with the fact that he's not masquerading as some evil-doing supervillain, but is just out to kill peter parker? just a thought
