Doing turtle runs in legendary. After level 40-42 or so loot really takes over in terms of character progression. Fantastic game.

There's sooo much content to be had here. I don't play it at super-rivetcounter settings but I do embrace the game as a sim and find it exceedingly rewarding. I am going to dig up a copy of Flight Sim X for and if I wind up liking that as much I'm going to blow a couple of hundred bucks on some upgraded sim gear.

Criminally, criminally underrated. I play another game for multiplayer, but RoL has a great campaign and skirmish mode that Supreme Commander completely lack.

Sort of an "instant classic" for me. I'm going to participate pretty hard in the challenge ladders when they open up in May. I really wish I had a decent partner for 2v2 ranked play who was laid back and cool.

It's pretty safe to say that this is going to be the turn-based GOTY unless the Civ4 expansion really pulls out all the stops. Like Titan Quest: Immortal Throne, Dark Avatar goes back and tunes the game to both expand the scope of the initial design and address almost every single big improvement that the original GalCiv2 had. Awesome stuff.
Right now it's wedding madness (11 days until I get married), then off to the honeymoon, where my gaming will be non-existent, thankfully-if I get the free time, I'm reading dammit. When I get back in town I am looking forward to the aforementioned Supreme Commander challenge ladder, and the US release of Armed Assault.
