*G*, I am respected in my field because I am known for "telling it like it is" and not pulling any punches or holding back any info. This past week has been one painted by tragedy, and we are all having trouble coping and/or resisting the urge to murder Koreans we see in every day life. Still, I can maintain a sense of clarity when it comes to the most important facets of my work. It is difficult whenever I have to say this to a patient, but I've never been as sure that the advice is right as it is now, for you: I think you should consider suicide. Since you have contributed absolutely nothing to, well, reality, I think you should give back to the society that you have been draining by giving us something entertaining, something to clap about. My medical prognosis is that you should shamble up to the roof of a very large building and leap off, making a balloon burst of grease, animal parts, and entrails upon hitting the pavement. People will be shocked at first, but a few moments later they will begin to laugh when they realize they have seen an obese man wearing nothing but panties leap to a pinata-esque death. I have never been so confident about an outcome in my entire medically career.
