I'm thinking about possibly putting an ad on there for the frat house. We still need renters.

Has anyone done something like this before, or have you used something similar?

I use craigslist a lot and just about for anything

Pretty good for some stuff. but those blind dates back in June were horrible.

Another day another thread cheebs i might actually may post the full June stats i had via craigslist. I was very unfortunate. Lots of blind dates and by that 3 a week to be exact.

If you put up photos on your ad and just make sure it's well-written and clear, it's great for looking for roommates. Get some good photos, especially one of the room(s) you'll be renting. Make sure you include the price.

Don't include your phone number in the ad, have people reply to the ad and then send it back to them. I've heard of people being scammed over the phone when they include their phone number.

I've used craigslist to look for a few places in Minneapolis, it's a great tool for finding places to live.

Well you'd probably still get some replies, especially if it's near a college, but typically people want to see photos before they'll come and check it out, ESPECIALLY if they live far away.

Find someone you can borrow a camera from, or see if you can't get a super cheap one from Wal-Mart or something. You can find a decent digital cam for $99 or less nowadays, it may not be top of the line, but it'll work.

Go to a wallgreens and buy a onetime use camera that comes with a photo cd there you go.

I have a lot of money and i dont have more than one digital camera i just use my cell phone. My real cameras are all SLR's so yeah some people just find that there is no need. Yes it would be nice but there is no need.

My bitch of a girl has my nice digital camera.
