I thought this thread was about Gatorade...

I've always wondered about these so-called energy drinks. How do they actually give you energy? If you read the ingredients it says 500 ml only contains 24 kcal. Is that enough to give you such a boost?

Gatorade (and drinks like it) are supposed to replace your electrolights. I don't know what electrolights are, but thats what they do!

Hahaha yeah, that's definitely true. The picture I was thinking of was an actual girl who was in the grade below mine during high school. There was this one picture that was absolutely horrendous but I don't think I'm going to be able to find it. Bah.

I like Gatorade. It's my soda. I try not to drink as much soda, so for my FLAVOR KICK I go for some Gatorade. It's like 2/$3 at the Speedway down the road too.

yes it does but its not made over here sadly. I've only been able to find it in the bay area. But its the best gatorade.
