no bun for the patty dude and the buffalo seasoning is just a dry rub. the salad was spinach arugala radichio with snap peas carrots and garlic, and the beans had vinigar and seasoning in it. All in all under my cal limit for dinner. Nuts for desert and i'm good till the morning.

Look at G lie at the speed of light. Why would he even call it a burger if there was no bun? Why was there so much detail in his follow-up post when none was needed? Oh, because he is FAT FATTY LIAR. Too much detail is a dead giveaway, and your salad description sounded like it was from a commercial.

I ate there on Saturday. It's not THAT bad. School paid for my meal though so I guess my opinion doesn't really count.

I'm trying man, I dont want to weight this much for the rest of my life. I thought you were poking fun though. Love breakfast though thats one of my awesome protein smoothies they rock. I cut most all bread out of my diet. I go get a sandwhich about once a week at the bread place its yummy but i gotta be careful.
