WTF happened to F.E.A.R. PS3?

Its apparently crap. How long till I have another ps3 game to buy? One isnt cutting it!

They rendered it under 720P and apparantly it still lags.  seemed rental-type game though, not long enough and not enough emphasis on multiplayer.  warhawk is out soon though.

Also, I played Motorstorm the other day and there's some serious slowdown in spots.  I'm sorry, at this point, slowdown in games is just unacceptable unless there are like 600 characters on-screen at once.

yeah I played motorstorm and it lagged a lot but some people said the demo was from the e3 before launch.

I'm in the same boat.  I have a hard time justifying the 600 bucks I paid for it.  I bought several games for it but they were mostly bought because I needed something for the PS3.  I didn't even play Motorstorm enough to notice any slowdown.  The slow loading annoyed me because I don't even get that much time to game.  How can a next gen game have slow loading on the freaking vehicle selection screen?  VF5 is great but it takes great dedication and also a good joystick to get the most out of it.  I don't get those Sony fans who say they are satisfied so far with just playing a PS3.  The technical mumbo jumbo is cool but the 360 games blow the PS3 library away.  It's too bad for you Maf that the 360 is so unreliable.  I guess mine probably hasn't broken yet because I use it less often than the average 360 gamer.

I really do like Sengoku Basara 2, have yet to buy Orochi Musou, though.
