Rambo IV plot points revealed.

So, the script that emerged — a ''first draft'' Stallone has written with Art Monterastelli (The Hunted) — finds Rambo living a monastic lifestyle in Bangkok and salvaging old PT boats and tanks for scrap metal. (''It's like he's stripping himself down,'' says the actor, pensively. ''That old piece of military equipment.'') When a group of volunteers bringing supplies into Burma disappears, a relative of one of the missing missionaries begs Rambo to find them. He heads off with a team of young guns, a plot point required by the financiers, who wanted to hedge against Rambo's possible mono-generational appeal.

I'm honestly not that interested in this.

:'( This basically sounds like Sanjuro, but with more 'splosions. Meh.

Yeah, but there's no way anything this movie might have that can possibly match or come close to the climax of Sanjuro. Rambo should join in on the war on terror.

I watched First Blood about 3 years ago and again about 2 weeks ago.

What is so special about this series? It was terrible.
It's fun if you remember parts of it and don't think of it.

I liked Deer Hunter a lot, but I don't know. To me, it seems like the movie went over the edge and became unbelievable. Took the fun out of it.
