Notice of Motion and Motion to
Compel Compliance with
Subpoena Duces Tecum

NOTICE is hereby given of the filing of this motion pursuant to Rule III (d) of the Evilbore Terms of Service by Willco, acting in his official capacity as The World’s Classiest Administrator. This motion seeks to compel the following users; Drinky Crow, Mr Angry Face, Mupepe, Demi and any other users in violation of Rule II (d), to revert back to their original usernames. The defendant has complained of headache and confusion. Pursuant to Rule, the defendant represents that she has attempted to confer with moderators for Evilbore with respect to this motion, but after, conferring; Evilbore has chosen to refuse to comply with the subpoena.

PROPOSED ORDER
This motion seeks an order from the council of Evilbore peers to judge and condemn the users mentioned above until they comply.

CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE
I hereby certify that I have made service of the foregoing Motion to Compel Compliance with Subpeona, and of a Proposed Order, by depositing this in a new thread, on 07 May 2007, true.

The Notice of Motion procedure emphasizes the pleading of facts upon which the plaintiff claims relief and relieves the defendant of the necessity which existed at common law. This concept limits the plaintiff of stating his facts should be those adapted to the motion procedure.
