1. Batman Begins
2. Superman: The Motion Picture
3. Spider-Man 2
4. Batman
5. X2: X-Men United

V would be in the top 10, but the top 5 doesn't change.

BTW TMNT hasn't aged that well. I love it, but it is not as easy to watch anymore.

Ghost World wouldn't have been the first thing I thought of when asked about "comic book movies" - I was thinking like super heroes and shit of that nature.

But in that case, "American Splendor" would be on my list, and of course Ghost World. And if "Love & Rockets" or "Eightball" ever get made into movies, they would be on there too.

Actually. . .I don't think I even knew American Splendor had been made into a movie.

I would have stuck Ghost World in at 11 despite falling asleep during it the first three or so times I tried to watch it.   I like it, but it isn't a movie I can casually watch without a particular mood.

TVC, get American Splendor.

There's something about Enid's rack that transfixes me. Plus, that Bollywood throwdown at the beginning is some HYPE shit.

TVC, get American Splendor.

Yeah. I MEAN, IT'S NOT AS GOOD AS HEROES BUT WHAT IS?

I dig the good parts of Sin City, but I find that really, only the Hartigan and Marv sections are worthwhile.  Those sections are really really great, but that's only 2/3rds of the movie.  I can't say it's one of the best when a full third of it isn't consistent.

Uh, yeah, I liked the part with Clive Owen and Benicio Del Toro... that was probably my second favorite segment besides Bruce the Fucking Man's

You didn't like The Big Fat Kill? My two favorite stories are that one and The Hard Goodbye (Marv). The first Hartigan story is somewhat reserved due to the horrible actings from Madsen, but it's still good; and of course his second story, Yellow Bastard, is awesome

I don't even remember The Big Fat Kill, whereas I could probably give fairly detailed accounts of the other two stories.

I really liked it. It's the one with Clive Owen and Rosario Dawson. I really liked how it started off sort of routine and then took this big twist Plus Owen was pretty fucking badass

Dwight: Get me a hard top with a decent engine, and get that gun out of my face or I'll smack you
Gail: You don't ask for anything. You've taken enough from us, from me!
Dwight: I'm warning you Gail, get the fucking gun out of my face
*slaps her, at which point all the call girls pull out their guns and point at him*
Gail: Dammit...I forgot how fast you were
*violent kiss*
Dwight *turns around*: Now get me a hard top, with a decent engine. And make sure it has a big trunk

AND

This was the segment that had the scene directed by Tarantino. The one with Benicio Del Toro's ghost taunting Clive Owen in the car while he's trying to get the body to the tar pits. Mucho excellente.

The thing I liked about Sin City were the numerous panel for panel reproductions. I suppose the fact that it was so close to the comic is what made it not enjoyable cinema for most people, but for me as a fan of the source it was a nice touch that you just don't get with other comic movies.

Well when I was 5 I'd call it perfect if not the greatest movie of all time. Now I'd give it a 7.5, or an 8 depending on my mood.

If it ain't broke and all that.  Sin City would be my number one if it had Batman in it.  Batman would kick the shit out of Basin City, and he'd have enough time to bang Jessica Alba on the side.  Also, Michael Caine :heartbeat

I agree with Himuro, the live action TMNT has aged pretty damn well.  Still an enjoyable, fun movie and the Shredder is one hell of an atagonist.

Yes. I like the CG one better, but the original is still very, very fun.

No.

1. TMNT 8/10
2. TMNT II 7/10
3. CGI TMNT 7/10(maybe a 6.5/10, I enjoyed the movie but it for some reason is hard to recall only one month later)
4. TMNT III 5.5/10
