if a man beat a woman's ass while she's on her menstrual cycle, he won't be charged.  because we all know they tend to mouth off during that week.

Seriously?

Dude. I tried that birth control shot for a while and "was not myself" for like 4 months (ew). Imagine how many people I could have killed in that time!
