It's because I'm a short dude and fat, so I need to go a large shirt which increases length. About the only think I can do is hem my shirts or wear them tucked in.

As previously mentioned, the shirt is too baggy and too long. If you're going to wear it like that it needs to be altered in the sides and hemmed. Actually, you really need a size smaller, since the shoulder hems aren't sitting where they should be. Outside of the shoulders I would disagree with all that. If I was skinnier around the waist it would make more sense, but any tighter and it bulges around my waist when I sit. And if I hem the shirt length then it looks too square. So basically the fit problems come being short and fat. Also shirt was $40 down from $140, pants were $60 on a buy 2 get 1 free deal.
