Out drawing with the kids today, at their drawing class. I hung out and used my spiffy new glasses to actually see where my pen is.

I shaved the beard for my Halloween costume. This is 6 days of growth, though it's red/blonde/white, so it doesn't show up much.

There's no explaining the hairline. It's going, going, gone!

It takes forever for me to get an afro. My hair is weirdly straight-ish for a black dude, dunno. I'm getting it cut on monday

IMO grow a full beard before shaving, it'll ease the initial shock. Your head is shaped pretty well, you'll look fine bald.

Actually, I've never gone for the shave-shaven-shaved bald as Stoya's landing pad cut. I've left about .5 cm of hair, so it's effectively "The Picard." I'm about a year away from doing that full time, so I'm practicing smiling more. For reals. When I smile, no-one assumes I want to go for a tumble, but apparently when I am thinking or concentrating on something, I look like I'm angry.

I doubt it, but I don't know the area. I've had a hard time finding a cafe that has space to work near here. I had a place in Santa Cruz that was perfect for working.
