There are many reasons I love Christopher Eccleston: Jude, Revengers Tragedy (which you still haven't seen, have you White Man?!), the Masterpiece Theater modern version of Othello, and Death and the Compass.  He's one of my favorite actors working today along with Gary Oldman, Paul Bettany, and Tim Roth.

Honestly, with 24 and your hatred of the series, I wasn't going to watch it this summer.

Heroes is never a bad show, it's just disappointing.  With an extra layer of writing oversight, it could be great.  That's not a whole lot of work needed to elevate it to greatness, and it's a mystery why it's not in place.

Actually, I lied, anything involving Niki's storyline is awful.
