It'll be interesting to see how people react to this. When DQIX was announced for the DS some people defended it as the right movie. Will these same people defend this one?

There is nothing whatsoever redeeming about cell phone games. They're impossible to play due to the "control" setup, the screen is too small, and the tech. is still sub-GBA.

I've been saying it for like a year. Square Enix sucks and their time is gone. They are now completely irrelevant to the non S-E cigarillo.

As long as I get my tri-Ace and Armor Project/Bird Studio games I can't ever swear off S-E... but the Final Fantasy series (aside from ports/remakes of the classic SNES series) has stopped being relevant for me once X-2 came out (I liked X more than I will admit).

They have Ghosts 'n Goblins, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and a bunch of other classic games for cell phones nowadays. If I didn't have a PSP or DS Lite, I might consider it an acceptable alternative. Plus, cell phones can do rudimentary 3D nowadays.
